Verify, present and discuss all offers on property

Ratify sales contract and addendums
Order and deliver HOA documents (if necessary)
Follow up and monitor progress of contract through home inspection, final loan approval, appraisal, survey, title work, termite inspection, mortgage payoffs, and relocation issues.
Receive and review preliminary HUD-1 prior to closing
Preview property prior to final walkthrough to ensure a smooth transition
Attend settlement
